|Dr. Pramudya is a Senior Lecturer and teaching theory and practical in mathematics-related and theoretical computer science subjects for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Pramudya's education was first in Honors Degree in Mathematics Education from Universitas Udayana, then in Qualified Honors Equivalence Program in Pure Mathematics from Insitute Teknologi Bandung. His master degree is awarded from Macquarie University in the area of Theoretical Computer Science. He furthered his study at Wollongong University in 1997 to commence his EdD in ICT in Education and Training titled the Use of Adaptive Web-Based Learning Environment for Acquiring Conceptual and Procedural Knowledge.
After years of national and regional experiences in teaching, research, community services, and education consultation in Indonesia, he then joined the Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka in 2010 as a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Information and Communication Technology. He has been active at all levels of faculty and university particularly in initiating, designing, and implementing mathematics and theoretical computer sciences subjects such that they meet the standards recommended by the government, industries, and other main stakeholders. He has also been engaged actively in research and in promoting the faculty to be a Center of Excellence in the area of Personalized Healthcare Systems. Taking significant parts of the research responsibility, he leads the Research Sub-Cluster of Computational Modeling and Robotics Group (CAMAR) and has been an active member of several international research groups in the area of computer sciences and educational multimedia. He has published articles on some of these subjects. Current interests also include areas in computational science, mathematical modeling, intelligent web-based learning systems, and interactive multimedia design.
