The promise of AI for security
Abstract — the presentation will provide an overview of AI, with focus on research undertaken by the presenter in the area of security. First part will provide an introduction to the AI concept, looking at the evolution of AI to present days, differentiate between the various machine learning terminologies, then outline the benefits of AI. The second part of the presentation will be a selection of research paper summaries in the area of AI, based on work done by the presenter over the past five years. Finally, the presentation will provide a very brief how-to guide for starting the AI journey for a researcher.
