Islamic Technology and Innovation In Applied Research
Abstract — The integration of technology and innovation into Islamic applied research is becoming increasingly important as modern advancements and the developments offer solutions to address societal and community needs. This topic focuses on emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, smart systems and other digital tools and their potential application in Islamic research. It emphasizes the importance of leveraging these advancements to develop innovative, sustainable solutions, while remaining aligned with cultural and ethical principles derived from Islamic teachings. The main purpose of focus of Technology and Innovation in Islamic Applied Technological Research is an advanced overview of the role of technology and innovation in applied Islamic research. It particularly aims to develop insights into the benefits of the use of modern technological developments in Islamic applied technological research and define the field’s development and outlook. Its specific significance is relevant due to the ongoing globalization and the necessity to embrace cutting-edge technologies. The domains such as education, healthcare, social work, disaster management, community development, Islamic finance, and halal economy are all adopting these technologies. The research application will relate to the development of modern solutions for the unique requirements of Islamic societies. The technology and innovation in Islamic applied technological research address the needs that will create awareness of the potential options of emerging digital technologies that can be implemented in Islamic applied research. This sphere is widely overlooked in many studies; however, the desired focus will contribute to an understanding of demands and specifics of research in Islam and define solutions that can meet these needs.
