BSc. Agribusiness (UPM)
Noor Azilah recently has certified in IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE-FL) and since 2005, she is one of the IBM Certified Database Associates DB2 Universal Database V8.1 Family holder in her faculty. Noor Azilah�s education was first in Bachelor Science in Agribusiness from University Putra Malaysia then Masters in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. For a few months after completed her masters, she did involved in a software development group for palm plantation project where she has gained so much experience from doing the development works using JAVA. She was offered to join KUTKM as a lecturer in 2002 and since then she has been teaching various subjects and supervised many students in Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Final projects (Projek Sarjana Muda).
Noor Azilah�s research interest is in the area of Soft Computing, Data Management and Software Engineering. Recently, Noor Azilah has a special interest in the Artificial Immune System (AIS) mechanism of recognizing cells that she later investigates the mechanism to recognize different patterns of music features for music genre classification. As her background is in the Software Engineering area, she is also involved in a research that investigated negotiations in requirement elicitation to improve the quality of requirements. She is also participates in data related research like data quality, data management and data characterization.
