Throughout the internship period, students are guided and monitored by an <em>industrial supervisor<\/em>, ensuring that their training aligns with professional standards. Additionally, students must document their internship activities in a <em>logbook<\/em> as part of their assessment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty Supervision and Evaluation<\/strong><br \/>\nThe <em>faculty supervisor<\/em> will conduct two visits during the internship:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>First Visit<\/strong>: Conducted after the initial two weeks to review the student&#8217;s progress and provide guidance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Second Visit<\/strong>: Conducted near the end of the 24-week period. During this visit, students are required to deliver a <em>presentation<\/em> at their host organization, attended by both the <em>industrial supervisor<\/em> and the <em>faculty supervisor<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Benefits for Students<\/strong><br \/>\nIndustrial training provides students with the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply the <em>knowledge and skills <\/em>gained in the classroom to real-world scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and enhance their <strong>i<\/strong><em>nterpersonal skills <\/em>through interaction and collaboration with industry professionals and peers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Opportunities for Organizations<\/strong><br \/>\nOrganizations interested in participating in our Industrial Training Program are encouraged to <em>register with us<\/em>. To do so, please send your organization&#8217;s profile to <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"mailto:ftmk@utem.edu.my\" rel=\"noopener\">ftmk@utem.edu.my<\/a><\/span><\/em>.
